This announcement is addressed to students who will be conducting their Proposal Seminar.
The Proposal Seminar will be held from February 2 to February 6, 2026.
All students who will participate in the seminar are required to comply with the following regulations:

Students must dress neatly and formally, wearing:

A white shirt with a black tie

Plain black trousers or skirt (jeans are not permitted)

Students are expected to wear formal shoes during the seminar.

Students are strictly prohibited from bringing food or any form of gifts for the examining committee.
The schedule of the Final Project Proposal Seminar is attached to this announcement.
All students are expected to carefully observe and comply with these regulations to ensure the seminar runs smoothly and orderly.
