In accordance with the Academic Calendar for the 2025–2026 Academic Year, the Filling of Study Plan Form (FRS) and Academic Advising will take place from August 11 to August 22, 2025. Please note the following important points:
-
For students of the 2025 cohort, courses will still be taken as a fixed package as they are still in the Study Preparation Stage (TPB).
-
For students of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 cohorts, course selection is permitted according to the allowed credit load. Students are required to consistently select the same class group (A/B/C) for all courses and are responsible for their choices.
-
If a course is taken across different cohorts, class selection must be made under the direction and approval of the Academic Advisor.
-
For the course Material Construction, only one class is available, so it does not need to match the group of other selected classes.
-
-
For the Clean Petrochemical Technology course:
-
Classes A–C are intended for the 2023 cohort
-
Classes D–E are intended for the 2022 cohort
-
-
Ensure that your selected TPB (General Preparation) and University General Courses (MKU) are in accordance with the quota allocated for the Chemical Engineering Program. Be careful not to select conflicting schedules.
-
Elective Courses require a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 25 students per class.
