It is notified to all students who will take part in the Research Seminar to follow the following provisions:
Collection of Research Manuscripts
- Seminar Manuscript Collection is held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 to Monday, March 18, 2024 at 16.00 WITA
- Research registration requirements consist of: (a) Manuscript 3 copies; (b) Monthly Progress Sheets (August 2023 to March 2024); (c) Supervisor Consultation Form; (d) Plagiarism Check Results (max. 30%).
- Collect printed manuscripts in lecturer room B-107. Meanwhile, digital manuscripts should be collected at the following link.
Research Seminar
- Announcement of Research Seminar Schedule will be delivered on Tuesday, March 14, 2024
- The implementation of the Research Seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 to Friday, March 22, 2024.
- Based on the research title, the seminar room will be divided into 4 clusters, namely: (a) Advanced Materials; (b) Agriculture and Food Technology; (c) Chemical Process and Environment; (d) Renewable Energy.
- Research presenters must dress according to the training standards, which are:
Men: white long sleeve shirt, black cloth pants, black loafers and black tie
Women: white long-sleeved shirt, black cloth skirt (non-span), black loafers. For women who are wearing a hooded headscarf use a white headscarf, while for those who are not hooded to be able to tie their hair neatly and use a black tie.
Research Seminar Participation
- Especially for the class of 2021 and the class of 2020 and above who have not taken the Research Course, it is mandatory to attend the Seminar as a participant for at least 9 research sessions from 4 different clusters.
